IMA'S ACE2019

Share your expertise to help shape the ACE2019 program. 

IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants) is seeking experts to prepare and deliver relevant educational sessions for the ACE2019 program, June 15-19, 2019, at The Sheraton San Diego.  If you wish to be considered as a breakout session speaker at ACE2019 please complete a proposal by 11:59 p.m. EDT on August 26, 2018.

A group of IMA volunteers will review all proposals and select the final session speaker lineup during the fall. All proposal submitters will be notified of the selection results by late November. 

Specialty Tracks:
IMA will be offering subject-focused specialty tracks.  Attendees will have the opportunity to attend sessions that are relevant to their job responsibilities and career interests. Please click here to view the updated list of tracks and suggested topics being requested before submitting a topic. 

Breakout Session Types:
Specialty Tracks: 75-minute interactive and engaging presentation, including 10-15 minutes of Q/A. The room will be set with rows of chairs.
Pre-Conference Workshops:  135-minute interactive and engaging pre-conference workshop with a combination of narrative, case studies, problem solving, and time allocated for Q/A. The room will be set with round tables.

Speaker Benefits Include:
A complimentary conference registration
A one night stay at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina (1 night per session)
A $500 stipend to defray travel expenses (1 per session)

Academic / Applied Research Speakers:
Academic speakers, please be advised there will be a separate call-for-proposal request in the Fall of 2018 to submit Applied Research topics for the conference.
